Melanie earned her Masters Degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado after completing her bachelors of science at Colorado State University and fulfilling her commitment as a scholarship athlete in basketball. After tenure as a junior high school educator, Melanie took the leap into running her own business. She currently serves as the president of Higher Ground, Inc., a human development firm dedicated to building people that can build great companies.
