Developing a Highly Effective Team

Just because each person has the same color of t-shirt doesn’t mean they’re working as a highly effective team. Clients get Melanie’s help to make teamwork “real.” In this facilitation role, she works directly with selected team members to help them clarify their roles, align with the vision and mission, and accomplish the desired outcomes.
