For over three decades, I have had the privilege to support leaders in transforming their organizations into great companies.  Graduating with a degree in education, I taught middle school for seven years before I started my own business.  That was 22 years ago.  During this time I learned a critical value that is part of how I work with leaders today. 

 

I was successful as a teacher when I led my students to the source of their own power.  That same principle is true for the leaders I work with.  My focus is to bring them to the source of their personal power,  and to encourage and teach them to lead from this place.

 

When people ask me what I do, I tell them, “I help transform leaders, who in turn transform the people and the organizations they lead to do great things.”
